Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company or project name, the type of help you need, and your message. If you tick a marketing consent box, we also record that choice, the exact consent text, and the date and time you gave it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our providers collect basic browsing and device datasuch as your approximate location, IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and interactions with the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies, analytics & advertising” below).
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about a possible project.
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve our services and our website.
- To keep records of the requests and consents we receive.
- Email marketing — to send you content, news, and offers, only if you opt in on the form.

- Advertising & remarketing — to show you Umana ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other platforms, using cookies/pixels, where permitted and subject to your cookie choices.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Marketing communications
Marketing email and SMS are opt-in and optional — you can contact us without agreeing to either. If you opt in:
- Email: you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing umanamkt@gmail.com.
- SMS: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase.
Cookies, analytics & advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: to understand how the site is used (analytics) and to support advertising. When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Reject analytics and advertising cookies. If you reject, those cookies do not load.
Specifically, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which loads only after you accept. It helps us measure ad performance and show you Umanaads on Facebook and Instagram (“remarketing”). You can also manage interest-based ads in your Meta ad preferences, and control cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies needed to run the site are always on.
How we share your information
We use trusted third-party services to run the site, process submissions, and market our services. They process data on our behalf (or, for advertising, as independent parties) under their own terms:
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Make (Integromat) — automation that routes your form submission.
- Google (Sheets & Gmail) — where we store and receive your inquiry.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — the Pixel and advertising/remarketing (only after you accept cookies).
- [EMAIL MARKETING PLATFORM — e.g. Mailchimp / Klaviyo] — to send marketing email (if you opt in).
- [SMS PROVIDER — e.g. Twilio, or “not currently used”] — to send marketing texts (if you opt in).

Data retention

Your privacy rights & choices

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
